Summary: The place was exactly what you'd expect staying in an old home like this. My only complaint was the bed. I don't know if it was the floors or the actual bed itself, but it leaned to one side like the supports underneath were broken. Luckily it was a solo trip for me, if i was sharing the bed it definitely would have been a problem.

Summary: The staff was amazing and the copper swan was quite through out the day and has amazing scenery and plenty of lounging areas outside to read a book under the leaves. The place we stayed in was very clean and felt like home.

Summary: Wonderful place! A great restaurant next door and Main Street was quaint and charming. Simple and relaxing. I’m glad I stayed outside of Provincetown and did the drive in. I stayed in the captains room. Very comfy

Summary: We were greeted by John (the owner?). He's very personable and sincere. John noticed that I had mobility problems and, on his own initiative, moved my wife and me to a room that was more accessible than the one we had booked. John also gave us some good dining tips. A very nice person in every way.

Summary: I rarely write negative reviews. This place deserves a negative review. I stayed in the Carriage House. Temperature 61-63 degrees. No way to heat it. Breakfast came for one rather than two. It was a rotten banana and a muffin. There is no front desk or attendant. When we complained to the groundskeeper, the only person around. He said, if we had complained earlier, we would have been given a heater. It was rainy and cold outside. No one thought to give us a heater. If you have to complain to get normal things, there is something wrong with the place.
