Positive: The property was spacious with all the facilities I needed. The beds were super comfortable for a good nights sleep and the shower was five star hotel levels.
Negative: Nothing I can think of, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay near the Suffolk coast in a quiet sleepy village.
Summary: We had a lovely stay in a location close to lots of Suffolk coast sites to visit. And the property was great to stay in.

Positive: This property has a soul. It has a really good energy. I've loved my massive and comfy bed, had the best nights! Well spacious, loved the floors and all the art throughout the house. Great location in the middle of charming village, and next to massive park with famous, the Yoxman Bronze statue.Very helpful host!. Highly recommend 👌
Negative: Upgrade of boiler and some utilities would much imrpove and upgrade. But I was very happy with my stay
