Positive: Daily breakfast - HUGE croissants! Dog-friendly hotel.

Negative: An elevator to assist with baggage - our room was on 2nd level & had heavy suitcases to carry up stairs.

Summary: Great stay at lodge-like hotel....food was good & enjoyed the outdoor deck seating.

Positive: High end continental breakfast was included. It was good but if you want a full hot breakfast, this isn't it.

Negative: Our room was above the bar/deck, so very noisy until 1:00am. Next time I would request a room away from the bar. The food menu is good but not great (there are better restaurants nearby. But, eating on the deck overlooking the lake should not be missed.

Summary: The ambiance and view from the deck more than make up for any shortcomings.

Negative: The carpeting in the hallways is very old and dirty. Also, the beach area that used to be there is now very small due to the rentals, etc.

Negative: Really can’t think of anything. The receptionist at check-in was extremely helpful and informative. Staff appeared well trained and engaging.
