Positive: This apartment is just incredible ! So clean and so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everything has been thought of to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. Carla and the man who welcomed us are super friendly and take great care of their customers, with little touches that warm the heart. Especially toward our little Giulia :-) Thanks again and we hope to come back very soon !

Positive: One of the best apartments we stayed in - and we are travelling a lot. For sure the best accomodation we had in Italy & Islands. Clean, well equipped (AC in very room), espresso machine (caps), washing machine etc. We prefere to travel to warm places in low season, when everything is less crowded and not very hot and, not being beach freaks, our interest was mainly to see as much as possible of Sardegna. Torregrande, small and quiet village, on the western coast, half way between Alghero and Cagliary,10 km from Oristano was the perfect headquarter for our daily tours, to the north and to the south. The flat is located on a sidestreet in a new building, on the first floor (out of 2). Carla & co left also some small surprises in the fridge & kitchen that have been highly appreciated.

Negative: Some new buildings have a poor sound insulation (airborn and especially impact noise). It is known that in the Mediterean countries they use ceramic tiles as floor covering. It is mainly easy to clean and to maintain. The main drawback is the impact noise, especially when the concrete slabs and walls are thin. And, of course, depends a lot of the neighbours and their behaviour.

Positive: The apartment was everything it claimed to be and more. It was fully equipped (kitchen, washer, 2 balconies, etc). Very clean, in a new building. Great location. Walking distance from Torre Grande beach, restaurants and grocery. Close to other beaches and city centre by car. Hosts are very friendly and pay extra attention to detail. They welcome you and provide a tour of the apartment at check in.

Negative: It is situated across the street from abandoned buildings with graffiti. No other issues.

Summary: Perfect apartment in Torre Grande. Great hosts who really take care of their guests. Well furnished, in a new building.
