Summary: Joell was very responsive with suggestions and answering questions. I would of rented her place anyway, but steps and stairs getting into apartment with luggage would be go to know for older adults.

Summary: Host / Owner is simply off her rocker when it comes to patience and actually communicatingGave a Month Stay, booked several months prior, and got bombarded with things that should never be said to a Customer in this sort of situation (she had my folks uncertain if they'd be without a place to stay)And don't dare offer any constructive criticism... Summary: This was a cute set up however I have a very sensitive sense of smell and the musty smell both coming up the stairs and in the unit got to me so bad I couldn’t sleep at all. At first inspection of the bed there was two white pillows on the bed that had dirty spots on the back of them, and the first knife I pulled out of the knife block was dirty. We were also woken up by 8 cops pulling up on the street on a person yelling at him to put his hands up that he is under arrest and more cops walking the street searching for others. Also the light by the bed turned on by itself 3 times in the middle of the night by itself waking us up and then in the morning I was woke up by a lady running down the road screaming. We ended up leaving and not stay for the second night we booked.
