Summary: The apartment is well equipped & the location is excellent with bars, restaurants, groceries, beaches, transport etc. all within a few minutes walk. The hosts are extremely helpful & so nice. We absolutely loved our time in Nice as well as exploring surrounding areas.

Summary: We enjoyed our 4 weeks in this quiet studio near Garibaldi Sq on the edge of Vieux Nice, minutes walk from everything: Nice old and new, the trams, buses 100 east to Monaco, Menton and many hikes (Eze, Cap d'Ail...) and 15 to St Jean Cap Ferrat, one of the best breads anywhere (we lived in Paris for a year...) at Bourdonnat around the corner etc. Just notice 2 things: yes, it is a (good) Murphy bed in the photos, and there are some 70 steps up fetching that bread or croissants for breakfast on the balcony! At 75, I had no problem with either :-)

Summary: From the bottle of wine that greeted a weary traveler to the thoughtful arrangement of the apartment, this was a lovely travel experience. Olivier and Frédérique are excellent hosts; warm, caring and very helpful. Highest recommendation possible.

Summary: This beautiful studio was a dream come true. Super quiet and super clean it's centrally located and within easy walking distance of everything you're there to see. The kitchen and bathroom look like they've recently been redone and you've got a series of french doors leading to a charming little balcony. You'll have everything you need to cook in if you prefer to shop the market and do that. Olivier and Frederique are wonderful. Such gracious hosts. Loved this spot and would absolutely stay again!

Summary: This was our third time in Nice and it topped the previous two. Earlier we stayed in the more touristy Jean-Médicin district which we also thoroughly enjoyed. However, having explored a lot of Nice we have come to love the Port and Old Town area the most which is why we found Frédérique and Olivier's gorgeous little studio being ideally located in relation to both. Situated on the top floor of a quaint old building it has a beautiful big balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard and is very well equipped with everything one may ever need making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the nicest discoveries on this trip was Place du Pin located just on the back of the building with tons of bustling cafes and restaurants. This small square is somewhat off the beaten track and not easily found by the tourists which makes it into a wonderful authentic french/niçoise experience. The studio is very close to the Old Town and a 10-min walk from the beach and one can utilise the numerous bike stations in the area to get to anywhere else within a short period of time. We truly enjoyed our week here and cannot wait to be back!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with balcony minutes away from the Garibaldi place, the famous Old Town, cafes and restaurants. Tastefully furnished with an authentic French feel, the apartment had everything we would wish for. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities were excellent and clean. The owners are the loveliest and most helpful couple, always there for you with suggestion and friendly advice.The only things to consider would be that it is on the fourth floor and the property has no lift, so would not be suitable for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs and that there is no air conditioning in the apartment that could ruin the day if there is a serious heatwave. Apart from that, it is highly recommended place to stay!
