There are 2 outdoor living spaces; the inviting front courtyard entry and the spacious patio off the living room which can also be accessed from the master suite. The master suite is exceptional, the bedroom has huge walk in closet, additional sitting/office area, walk in shower and a soaking tub. The house is filled with natural light from all the windows throughout. The welcoming living room has a La-Z-Boy sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. Cozy up in the living room with the kiva fireplace and large flat screen tv for entertainment. There is a 2-car garage for your use as well! Adding to the amazing ambiance is the southwestern decor of the house with nichos and wonderful pops of color throughout, The tall ceilings, cozy furnishings and a gas fireplace make this a perfect place to call your home away from home.

Summary: A very nice newer house in a safe quiet subdivision. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean and well stocked with all necessities. We walk a lot and you could go in any direction and find good areas. If you want to go to a grocery store or restaurants they are a short drive away. We will stay again. Tom and Karen
