Summary: We had our first family reunion here.Some family lives in Las Cruces with the rest coming from Chicago, Baltimore, Wyoming, Colorado and California!There were 17 of us. Unfortunately, the first couple of days we had pretty bad dust and windstorms. However, the inside is so large and lovely that it easily accommodated all of us for an evening party.Sunday was beautiful for Easter and we were able to be either inside or outside.The house is laid out exceptionally well.The furnishings are top quality and beautiful.As noted in other reviews, the Wi-Fi is very slow.Also noted that it can get chilly in the main part of the house.I was able to contact the property manager to have her raise the temperature up a couple of degrees which helped.Parking was easy. The home is located close to several different shopping areas for food, etc..

Summary: We were here for my dad’s funeral and it was 3 families staying together. Very child friendly and very comfortable for all of us.Did ask the property manager Ana to speak with her cleaning crew as the last family to stay there had children who hid food in some of the bedroom drawers. Ana was great. Would stay again.

Summary: Beautiful home in a nice location in Las Cruces. We come to Las Cruces most years and usually do vacation rentals. This was a great place. The house and pool were perfect for a family like ours and well cared for. The only trouble we had were some internet issues and reasonable attempts were made to address them. I'm sure that will be addressed for future tenants. We would gladly stay here again.
