Positive: We enjoyed the location of the home, the furnishings and the spacious well appointed kitchen. The front porch was also enjoyed by all.

Negative: The hardwood floors and area rugs were so dirty that I went to a real estate agent in Oak Bluffs to find out why a home could be rented with such filthy floors. The agent explained that rental properties were only deep cleaned once a season. She said if we wanted clean floors and rugs we would have to rent earlier in the season. One other issue was the carpet tape in the downstairs bedroom had pulled away from the area rug creating a tripping hazard. We put a small piece of luggage on the floor to keep from tripping over it. I have a photo if you'd like to see it.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back but will not rent from you.
