Positive: My family and I loved the 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and comfortable. The heat was on for us when we arrived so that was great!

Negative: There was nothing that I did not like about island inn

Positive: I love the look and style of the small single room studio. It was perfect for my wife and I and our small dog.

Negative: Some attention to detail with things like faulty washer and dryers would be an improvement. Also, while it seems small, when there was some broken glass that I reported after the violent winds (a neighboring door swung and caught the porch light, busting the glass cover all over the front patio) I thought it should have been attended to right away. Instead, I ended up sweeping it all up myself to avoid myself or others from getting cut. Lastly, while waiting for our room in our idling car (it was semi cool out so we were keeping warm) the tennis pro came over and asked if I'd turn it off to not disrupt the players. I honestly found this to be the most trivial thing ever to worry about and doubt they even heard the engine idling. The woman was kind but it sort of stuck in our craw a bit for something so minute to even be worthy of complaining about.
