Positive: Clean, quiet, comfortable apartment. VERY CLOSE TO BEAUTIFUL PASS-A-GRILLE BEACH - less than a block, a very short walk. Very convenient to Publix, eateries, beach shops. Interior of the apartment OK. Nice kitchen, small bathroom, king size bed in a very small bedroom, cozy and comfortable living room. Two large Roku TVs worked fine. A/C worked well. Plenty of hot water on demand. Two beach chairs and two bicycles available for guest use. Convenient outside shower for rinsing off sandy feet.

Negative: Parking might be a problem if your vehicle is anything larger than a mid-size SUV; recommend checking with owner. Outside spaces not particularly inviting for sitting or dining out of doors. Bathroom towels did not appear as clean/fresh as they should have. The property might be a challenge for anyone not able to climb steps (two steep steps at the entryway).

Positive: Everything imaginable was above expected. Beach and bikes were our favorite. The Seashell was quaint and comfortable. All details of home location area accoutrement kitchen neighborhood were all just wanderful.

Negative: That we couldn't stay longer. But there's always nextime

Negative: I didn’t like that almost every time we left someone parked in our designated parking area and Inhad to ask them to move their vehicle.
