The house is in a quiet and residential complex with two lifts and is located in front of the playa de los cristianos and beside the famous playa de las vistas, it is well equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday: you will find a double bed and a double sofa bed, full bath with tub and shower, hairdryer, Spanish TV, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, full kitchen with microwave and kettle, washing machine, terrace where you can eat your meals overlooking the ocean from the 4th floor !!

Summary: Great location in the centre of town, Stefania and Costantino were wonderful hosts nothing was any trouble can't speak highly enough of them ,had a really great 1 months stay and would definitely consider staying again sometime in the future.

Summary: It was a nice property south facing with a balcony overlooking the rooftops and the sea you could see the boats coming in and out and water skiing and lots of other things on the water the avenue itself was very busy with people walking past so there's plenty to look at nice big room not too cluttered . Two lifts, and one flight of stairs there are plenty of fruit shops and little supermarkets around and about and you're only 5-minutes to the seafront if you can't use the steps there are ramps at each side of the Avenue I was there for four-and-a-half months only problem was the the virus came and I actually left 3 and a half weeks early. But I would recommend it to anybody. It would be what the doctor would order vitamin D.
