Positive: The Avery condo was absolutely PERFECT! It was comfy, had all the amenities (and more) that we needed, and it was decorated so beautifully! My daughter and I felt right at home from the minute we walked in. The rooms were awesome (my 11-year old loved the bunk bed room) and the beds themselves were so comfortable. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms upstairs, as well as a half bath downstairs. We had an issue with the heat the first morning we were there, and Gerard had his HVAC guy there within 30 minutes, and the issue was resolved immediately. The location was perfect for Mystic! We walked into town from the house to get breakfast one day and walked over the bridge for shopping and lunch the next day. Any time we stay in Mystic, we will be sure to book this home again! Thank you, Gerard, your home was perfect!!!!

Positive: Perfect location, close to town but away from crowds and traffic. Lots of nice touches like the box of essentials and makeup remover in the bathroom. Truly everything you need is here.

Negative: Decor might not be to everyone's taste. And there is not much outdoor space.

Summary: Highly recommended. We were just two adults but the house was well set up for a family.
