Positive: Two bedrooms with on-suites was great. The pool was spectacular with all the lush landscaping. The kitchen was stocked exceptionally well. Two on demand water heaters meant everyone got a hot shower. Coffee and tea on that back porch in the morning and evening was very relaxing. Plenty of parking. The home is older and very well built all the updates have been done extremely well. I would gladly live here.. The Florida Caverns are just around the corner. Close enough to Panama City Beach to day trip it. Marianna has lots of cute little shops for the collector and well maintained old homes for the photo enthusiasts. My favorite photo opportunity was the old Saint Luke Baptist Church from 1921. While it is being reclaimed by nature when the light hits it just right it is incredibly beautiful. We hope to stay at the Sunny Florida Abode again. It did not disappoint.

Negative: The primary bathroom didn't have a door. However it wasn't a real problem, we just left the closet door open and it blocked the light at night. Also, the water closet had a door so nit an issue.
