Summary: This house was really clean, in great condition, and in a nice and quiet neighborhood! There were a lot of amenities in this house and we had a great time. The pool and hot tub were a hit! Everything we needed was there in the house and didn’t really have to leave much at all. Only downside was having to figure out what to do with garbage since the garbage cans were full when we got there and they weren’t picked up to be emptied! Otherwise, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Summary: This house was perfect for me and my friends, it had everything we wanted. But my whole experience leading up to it was a mess because the person i originally booked it with, sold it to a property management company. So i had to rebook the property, which was a mess and the property company didn't know why it wasn't working so it took days to even do that and constant back and forth. Plus changes to booking policies since when i had first booked it which was annoying. Then You're talking to multiple different people and not the same person every time which was frustrating. When we were staying in the house, we would get texts telling us they're going to charge us a big fee because the noise monitors were going off. Turns out our speaker was right next to one. So keep an eye out for those monitors... I'm all about respecting the neighbors, but we weren't even being loud. This house is meant for 14 people.. so it's not that hard for conversation to get a little loud .. anyways house worked out great for us but everything else was not so smooth for me

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time staying in this fabulous home. The description was perfectly accurate and it had all of the comforts of home, plus more. We were there in the winter so we were not able to use the outdoor area, but we will for be back! We have stayed in many short term rentals in Appleton and this is by far the best. Everything was top notch!

Summary: Four of our soccer team family’s rented the house for a soccer tournament in Appleton. The house was roomy and comfortable for all of us. We loved the backyard kitchen area with grill. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Megan was a fantastic host!

Summary: You know when you book a VRBO and the pictures always look better then the property when you get there? This house was opposite the pictures don’t do it justice. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly think of. The host from the start was amazing to work with. Then throughout the stay she impressed me even more. Every question I had, was answer so promptly! If you have an event or a big family this is the house to rent. This property was AMAZING. 18 people stayed at the house and I didn’t hear a single complaint. Thanks for making the weekend so memorable! The back yard is a DREAM COME TRUE!
