Summary: Located a bit out of city centre, but easy to get tricycle. Staff accommodating. Did not eat at restaurant. Enjoyed the pool area. They made arrangements for airport transfers and added it to our hotel bill which we could use our credit card

Summary: The photos online are very deceiving. This hotel is in need of major repairs and updates. We were told there was a gym, but upon inspection, none of the equipment was in working condition and we felt unsafe even trying to use it. Let alone the gym area was filthy. Our room air conditioning (room 208) was emitting a terrible smell but was necessary to keep the room cool. The pool was missing so many tiles you could barely step into it because of the exposed concrete. The outside patio/pool area was so overgrown with weeds and dead grass it was not enjoyable to relax out there. Aside from the delightful and friendly staff, this hotel was not what was depicted in the photos and I would not recommend this to anyone.

Summary: The staff are friendly, the tours are great. The massage is awesome.. but the property needs a massive renovation, the rooms are quite dark, rhe bed is hard. The tiles from the pool is coming off. It looks grim. I was planning on staying st the island but i shy away since i was afraid condition would be similar. The view of rhe pier is nice espwcially during sunset but the property itself is rundown.

Summary: Tasty breakfast , friendly staff especially the concierge/tour guide and restaurant staff. Availability of airport transfer. Also there is a boat dock at the back of hotel that can be used for private boat tour.

Summary: Liked the ease of transportation from the Airport to Hotel. And the ability to join an island-hopping tour from the Hotel. The fire dancing and dinner were delicious and fun.

Summary: There was nice welcome drink which was refreshing and the staff was really nice. The pool are and outside area facing the bay were excellent and a good place to catch a sunset. My issues were the bed and shower. I don’t know if there was a mattress there and it felt like I was sleeping on wood. The shower had no hot water at all. Otherwise the room was okay.
