Positive: When doing checkout the reception girl was unable to call a taxi for us. In opposition the another reception girl supported and helped us to call to another hotel to rectify a booking. So a very good and bad experience depending on the people attending the customer.

Positive: My family stayed in this hotel for 4 weeks. Great location, spacious room, very friendly and helpful employees. With the upcoming subway line 5, I expect the hotel will be more convenient.

Negative: One hotel elevator was under maintenance.

Negative: Hotel should provide coffee equipments in each rooms instead of putting the coffee machine next to reception.

Positive: The room was surprisingly big..a living area with a big desk and a sofa, and a bedroom the was really big. The bathroom had a bathtub and an adjoining shower. Lots of bathroom amenities available.

Negative: We paid for breakfast, but it was a little disappointing. Also, the hotel rooms are in a commercial building. I'm not sure if it was an office block first or a hotel. It's also a bit dated. Back in the days when it was first fitted it was probably quite grand. Not now though.

Positive: Nice, bright, big rooms. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with friendly staff.

Negative: Most of the reception staff barely speaks English, making it difficult to ask questions. The closest subway station is 15 minutes away. Guests are smoking in the hotel (the hotel doesn't seem to do much about it) and the smoke comes into the room through the air conditioning.

Summary: Bright room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
