Positive: It was quiet even with other people staying in the other rooms. When we met the other families staying there it was nice that we were all there for a softball tourney.

Negative: I guess it could be that I was surprised I was sharing the house with others. Maybe that’s was on me though. I thought it was like a studio appt. It prolly was because I was one of the last to book.

Summary: Comfortable. Quiet. Easy access to the city.

Positive: Location and value. Very practical for an inexpensive place to get a nights sleep. Very quiet neighborhood.

Negative: Sharing the bathroom with 3 guestrooms was not ideal. My bad for not being aware of this. 4th room seemed to have its own bathroom (Master Bedroom). Disappointed that no coffee or tea are provided although the equipment is there. Travelers do not often travel with coffee or tea for quick visits. This would be a welcome improvement. The addtion of TV's in the guestrooms would be nice upgrade. The one TV in the living room is under utilized for the several guest rooms. Was surprised at Christmas Tree in living room in mid-May!! But that goes with the Thanksgiving wreath on front door!

Negative: When I went there on the 10th key was in the door door was unlocked I took key out of the door haven't had to lock it till I left on the 11th I forgot something went back inside slide my key in the lock and the key will not unlock the door
