Positive: Cleanliness an responsiveness to get the pool temp fixed as well as kitchen was fully stocked an a 1 min walk to the beach
Negative: Property was great. A lot of construction on the road in front of the house, which we realize could not be helped bc this was the aftermath of the storms
Summary: Clean, Convenient spot you could be anywhere in less than 10 min

Positive: The proximity to the beach was great and the house itself was beautiful. Huge living area and kitchen island.
Negative: Master bed uncomfortable. Light switches were complicated.

Positive: Great house for a vacation, pool was great and maintained well, right across the street from the beach 😁, and really enjoyed the location Only bad part was the king bed mattresses, not comfortable at all, for the price of the house there should be better mattresses

Positive: The location to the beach was great, right across the street. The kids loved the pool and all the pool toys. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor shower helped control the sand.
Negative: At this price point it would have been nice to have more than the one trash bag, one paper towel, etc. The information in the cottage regarding trash pick up days was conflicting. We weren’t sure what day to put it out.
Summary: We had a wonderful week at Sundance Cottage!

Positive: Space was really cute. The bed in the second bedroom was VERY uncomfortable. Lots of cabinets in the kitchen but very disorganized. Loved the covered porches and grill. Pool was nice. Beach access was really close. Shutters and windows were great for letting in natural light, Would stay there again!! Looking forward to the North Shore of AMI again.Great
Negative: No complaints other than the terrible mattress in the second BR. Shower in MBR leaks out and it looks like it needs to be repaired. Toilet in MBR was very hard to push down when flushing.
Summary: Great family gathering in paradise for my 70th Birthday.
