Summary: This was home base for our girls' trip consisting of six 40-50 yr old ladies. We were all pleased with the rental and some of my friends wanted the contact info for the rental agency so that they could say at the same place in the future. The woman who works in the office was very nice. It was great to have access to all the beach chairs and umbrellas in the community area of the cottage.

Summary: -straightforward check in process and easy parking-steps to beach-bicycles available to use-beach chairs provided-beach towels provided-house towels provided-cleanPerfect rental for our groups needs which varied from senior citizens to infants. Fully recommend (the only downside was all of the added fees which pretty much doubled our nightly price. We ended up paying 1300 for one night which we would not do again. Everything else met our expectations and we were pleased with the rental overall and had a great time.

Summary: This was our second time to the island, first time to the Flirty Flamingo and we absolutely loved it. My 5 year old loved all the toys available for the beach. Location was great - easy walk to the beach and very close to restaurants. We are already planning our next visit!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great! The beach is very close with easy access. The beach was much less crowded than the more accessible public beaches. It was a short walk to shopping and several restaurants. The pool was heated and we used it every day of our stay. The unit was very functional and comfortable for our group of 7. A great unit for a family vacation.

Summary: We loved our stay and were very impressed with the communication and kindness of the rental company. The cottage is so cute and we had plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. You can’t beat the short walk to the beach, not to add that section of the beach was much less crowded. We look forward to coming back!
