Positive: Spacious, quite location. Great communication from host . Ideal for contractors. We booked late through work and had a very pleasant comfortable stay. Equipped with everything we needed to cook and big TV with comfortable couch . Good WiFi Host was very helpful and friendly. If your staying out for work like we were, then this place is great value and has parking for a large van

Positive: Location was perfect for us Checking in was easy

Negative: Glass pain on the front door was smashed Window blinds had blinds missing at front door Sofas cushions was very flat which was hard to get up Dining table was very wobbly and made of glass so we kept away from it No tea towel so could not wipe dishes Couldn’t open wardrobe door as it was off the rail

Summary: Decorating needs finishing off and furniture really needs replacing , my opinion not value for money

Positive: The location was convenient for us. The owner was very efficient in communication. The house was warm and spacious. The beds and bedding was comfortable.

Negative: We felt it was missing care and love. Lots of things were broken - the shower door (fell on me when I was giving my little daughter a shower), the shower hose, the freezer door. And various little things around the house. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the house wasn’t clean to a standard we are comfortable with. The toilet seat is very close to the radiator and we constantly kept burning our legs and hands on it. Eventually we wrapped a towel around to protect ourselves.

Summary: We feel with some care and little upgrade of the place it would make a lovely place.
