Positive: The house was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house has two full baths which was great for our family. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved being able to do laundry there. The owner Adrianne was very pleasant and helpful when we contacted her. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Negative: There is nothing we didn't like, but have a few suggestions about what we wish the house had. It would be nice if there were a couple of floor or table lamps in the living room. We put nightlights in the hall area and bathrooms as we all get up during the night and don't like to stumble around. The master bedroom bed was comfortable, but was very squeaky when you moved in it. Maybe the headboard just needs to be tightened. Also, a coat tree near the front door would have been a nice addition.
