Summary: The house was exactly as described. It was a very clean and a well kept home. We were very close to our family we were visiting making our stay all the better. Thank you very much, it was nice coming back to a nice place to stay.

Summary: The house looks as is in the photos however that’s all it is, an appearance. We arrived and the floor was soaking wet in the kitchen,we contacted the host, which the reply was very odd, “Our cleaners did not notice any water leaking today when they were there”. We snapped a few pics and the wood right in front of the fridge was rotting and had extensive water damage as it was discolored and rough in only that area. Clearly was not a new leak but an on going issue. We also had to ask where the soap, hand towels and face towels where. There reply again was very unwelcoming, “We do not provide face towels, however, we do provide hand towels. The cleaning team usually would leave 1-2 small round soap bars in each bathroom but we do apologize if they are missing. We will make sure to send our cleaners a message to make sure they do a better job”. Everything seemed to be everyone else’s fault and no real solutions to the problems we kept having. At that point we had to use all our available towels to soak up the water on the floor from the leaky fridge we couldn’t shower because there was no soap, no towels to wash your body, and now no towels to dry off. We discovered this pretty late so we tried to run to the Gas Station, which had no body soap, or hand or face towels. As the night proceeded, we were unaware that there were moisture eliminators set around the the house hidden under the beds, but not good enough! My 4 year old found what she said was “ a box of rocks and sand “ that she wanted to play with. Luckily we went to see what she was talking about and made sure to secure it. Last but not least the house needs an exterminator ASAP! We found over 10 spiders in the house and about 5 roaches which is a whole lot! All in all I would not recommend this property, it’s just 4 walls a watery floor and an infested dwelling!
