Summary: The service was great. Russian was easiest language for me to communicate with the staff. The host shared information about the area, recommended some restaurants, and the breakfast was made just for us like staying in a guest house. The bed was comfortable and the linen comforter was heavy and warm.

Summary: The hotel is new and clean and nice considering there are no other options nearby that I could find. Staff doesn't speak much English, or any at all in some cases, but this is to be expected in southern Armenia. All in all, it was surprisingly nice and would recommend it. My only advice is to bring the photo of the hotel since there are no signs on the building or anywhere telling you it is hotel arpa. Took me ages to find it and finally assumed it had to be the building that looked like th booking photo!
