Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at Sun and Moon Resort in Jeju for 7 nights. This is my second time staying in the resort as I enjoyed my first time with them in December 2017. The resort is comfortable, peaceful and a wonderful place to relax while explore the island. What made out stay especially memorable was the incredibly helpful and attentive staff. A special mention and great thanks goes to the General Manager, Michael who speaks both English and Mandarin. He was extremely kind, patient and always willing to assist us. Whether it was recommending good food, suggesting places to visit, or helping us with the transport arrangements, he went out out of his way to make sure everything was smooth for us. We were also deeply touched by the kindness of Michael and his mother, who thoughtfully bought us some local Jeju treats, the seaweed, Jeju green tea cake and local cookies. it was such a warm and generous gesture that made out stay even more special and memorable.

Negative: The only minor issue was that the bathroom floor tends to get wet after showering as there is no shower curtain or partition, which makes the floor a little slippery. It would be helpful to have a divider or shower curtain to keep the bathroom area dry and safer :)

Summary: Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would happily stay here again when visiting Jeju.

Positive: Very scenic and quiet place for resting after a long day. Very beautiful near beach night view and cater bbq pits on site. Some quality eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. Couples friendly and good vibes surrounding facing beautiful sea.

Negative: The disadvantages needed to highlights is not very toddlers or seniors friendly bathroom with bathtubs shower cubicles only and nonstick rugs at bath entrance and end of beds which is hazardous to falls and trips moving around. No lifts access to top floors unit make travelers lugging big luggages facing difficulties. Need to pay upon booking too.

Summary: I will stay again here if travel as couple or all able. Not advisable if with old or walking toddlers and short stay onl
