Positive: This was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had with a host. Alejandro was amazing. He helped us get a taxi from the bus station to his apartment, took us on a free (and very informative / interesting) walking tour of Cusco, helped us arrange travel plans when our initial plans fell through, allowed us to store our luggage with him when we went on a weekend trip and came back, and allowed us late check-out on our last day there as we had a late flight out. He is so knowledgeable and you can tell he really wants his guests to have an exceptional experience. He even invited us out one night with some other guests to enjoy some Cusco night life which was delightful. The unit itself was clean, well-stocked and had the most incredible views. Although the first couple of nights we were there, it was very cold, he arranged for us to have a space heater on our last night to accommodate us better. The sink even had a water filter on it so we could drink the tap water if we wanted to. And, to cap it all off, he has the sweetest kitty named Tomas who would seek out pets and love any chance he got. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Negative: I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was all great :)

Positive: The host was very helpful and gave us a free walking tour which was awesome. He also made us feel at home and they even folded our washing after we had washed it. Great value for money and nice to have filtered water provided. Beds were comfy and nice and warm with lots of blankets. View from the room overlooked cusco which was beautiful.

Negative: Shower was either cold or didn't work for majority of our stay. Common areas smelled a bit like cat wee
