Summary: Room was good but shower temperature varied greatly. Staff was fantastic - the best part alongside the rainforest in the back. The golf course for the kids was in very bad shape. The pool was often dirty.

Summary: Very friendly staff. Beautiful views of nature and nature Walks offered for free. Clean, spacious room with large windows overlooking the rainforest. The bathroom has a big shower, large sink and mirror.

Summary: Exceeded expectations. Great breakfast with omlette station. Weekend was super busy so plan for lots of people and full pool. Spacious room and bathroom.

Summary: we arrived two hours early and they let us store our bags while we went on a tour of the jungle. when we came back three hours later the room was still not ready and there were lines of people waiting for the rooms to be cleaned (it was 4pm now) check in was at 3pm, the woman at the desk didnt know what to do. i noticed that customers next to us were getting rooms so i switched to her line and she managed to get us a room. the people under the service of the first lady had to wait al ong time. service here was very poor. it took three people to find a drink menu. it tool a few more prople to figur out how to use our credit card to pay for drinks. it seemed like the staff were either untrained or had to aske a supervisor to allow them to serve basic items. very strange.
