Summary: They need more food options and need to have more authentic Panamanian dishes..for every day and every time of day. ALSO a very terrible policy. My pickup was not until 4 PM. I paid for preferred package yet. At 11 AM, when I checked out to do the right thing, they told me. I could no longer use anything in the facility, not food, not drink not to bathroom anything.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our ten day stay. The staff are very friendly, always available to help. The nature around the resort is absolutely beautiful, we enjoyed daily walks on the beach, I have never seen so many beautiful shells in one place! It was amazing to see the sloths in the trees behind the resort as well. We will definitely return.

Some staff were not keen in customer service, they need to be informed of how important customer service is about. Also, not many activities especially during the night. Otherwise, most of our stay was fine.

Summary: I did not like that meal options were extremely limited (3 restaurants), unseasoned, entertainment was non existent. Staff did not communicate pertinent information like the key card had to be inserted to even be able to use lights, the $200 voucher had to be used a certain way and signed up for within 24 hours or else you dont get it. The attention to detail was poor, the mattress was old/dirty with stains, walls had scratches and stains, pictures on walls were crooked, the paint on the walls was uneven. The facility needs a total renovation and the star rating needs to be changed from a 5 star to a 3 or below for what's "provided". We asked for a couple of things from front desk and they were never brought up. This facility is not luxurious, we've stayed at 4 and real 5 star accommodations and this is nowhere near that. Just because the Hyatt is attached in name, does not mean it is of quality. I would not recommend this facility. It was too late to change accommodations, but if we were able, we would have. Current photos should be updated on the website so people can see what the place actually looks like.
