Positive: We wanted a peaceful stay down south, away from the noise of the bigger towns, and Summit House turned out to be the perfect choice. The villa was exceptionally spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with two comfortable bedrooms, multiple terraces, air-conditioning, a private kitchen, and more than enough room to relax and feel at home. The view from the upper floors was wonderful, and the whole property felt private and secure. Location-wise, it’s ideal: the house is tucked away in a quiet area, but still within short driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and beaches. It was great knowing we could enjoy total calm at the house, while still being close to everything we needed, from markets to nearby attractions. Our host, Niroshana, was truly exceptional, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It felt personal and genuine, not just transactional. The funny thing is we found this place completely by accident, and we are so glad we did. The only disappointment was that our stay was too short, we will definitely be returning and booking a much longer stay next time we are back in Sri Lanka. It really exceeded our expectations.
