Feel at the comforts of your home during your stay in this spectacular fully furnished 2 story home in a great Summerlin-Las Vegas location: offers 4 bedrooms, 3.0 full bath and 2 car garage. On the first level the home has open floor plan and natural light, Hi Ceiling, spacious living room, new modern kitchen, family dining room, full bath and bedroom with queen size bed overlooking the gorgeous pool and the back yard. As you are going up the comfortable steps to the 2nd floor you will find on your left a huge Master suite with natural daylight, large bathroom and walk in closet. There are also 2 additional large bedrooms with full bath and plenty of closets.
First Floor - Non-Smoking
Living Room; For your comfort, a living room where you can relax and unwind after a long day of activities features; comfortable sofa, love seat and relaxing chair and 65" flat Smart TV.
Dining room: beautiful glass table to accommodate service of 8 + 3 chairs serving comfortably by the oversize granite counterpoint.
Kitchen: Brand new modern custom cabinets well equipped with pots, pans, small/large kitchen appliances and all the cooking utensils you need such as (dishes, silverware, pots pans etc.)

Summary: We were working in the north vegas area and the location was perfect. Close enough to make for a short drive and even uber to the strip but far enough away to be relaxing and in a good neighborhood. Ritchie was great to work with and even accomadating when we needed to extend our stay. I would recommend Ritchie and the summerlin house.

Summary: We lived in this house for over a year. You won't be disappointed. It is very cozy and the neighborhood is nice. It is in a great location and has access to a lot around it. We had no problems with the house and if anything came up, Ritchie took care of it right away. Thanks for everything Ritchie, we greatly appreciate it! :)
