Summary: Our Host was superb. Very responsive-although we did not need to reach out much. We have two service dogs in our group- and the neighborhood is wonderful for them (as it is for us)-dog parks, parks very nearby. Quiet neighbor or hood. Family oriented. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, CVS, pet food, Albertsons, gas stations, restaurants super close by- and our commute was fast and short. The neighborhood is so centrally located to life in Vegas off the strip- yet near enough to get to the strip in minutes. It is a great place. Our host was able to program our spa usage to the exact times we wanted it hot and ready for us. The pool cleaning person was discreet and VERY tidy. We all felt safe. The only thing missing was a colander! Cooking was easy, washer dryer -terrific. NO complaints.

Summary: The house was perfect for hosting a group of friends for the week. There were plenty of spaces inside and out to hang out together or have some quiet time. There is also a park behind the house for walking or other outdoor activities. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the strip. Miko was very responsive to our questions and made the whole process very easy. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation in Vegas. ouworanverresponsive. We will definitely stay

Summary: This home was a great fit for our family. It was especially nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the shady cool conversation area. The owners have a nice coffee bar set up along with fun family games to play like Twister, Uno and Jenga. My young family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners are very quick to respond if you have any questions. This place was a great pick for us.

Summary: My family and I stayed here recently. We were looking for a quiet spot off strip where we could relax after spending our days hiking and sightseeing in the area. The kids loved the game room and we all loved the pool and hot tub (the latter is well worth the extra fee). The kitchen was well equipped with just about everything you’d need for cooking, and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable as well. Overall, the property is well taken care of, and the property owner was very responsive when a minor maintenance issue arose during our visit. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for an alternative to the casino hotels while you’re visiting the Las Vegas area.

Summary: Location of this home is great as it is close to the expressway so it is a short ride to Summerlin and the Strip. The home has had a nice face lift with new furniture and paint throughout. The backyard outdoor area is very large although the weather was too cold for us to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. My dogs were very happy as there are many large parks are close proximity to the home. I would recommend this home to my friends visiting LV in the future.

Summary: We stayed for work and the house was clean and plenty of room. The location was great with many places to shop and eat near by. We will be booking this again for our summer market.
