Positive: Location and amenities were fun, we were there when it was a bit cold so we didn't get to take advantage of the pool or lazy river. There is an indoor swimming pool which is heated, that was nice! There is a lot to do here. They also have a starbucks on site!

Negative: There was miscommunication initially. I had to call to get our check-in codes AFTER our check-in time. I was told it was sent but we did not receive anything. That was annoying, BUT the woman I spoke with was very kind and did have the code when I called. The whole scene took less than 10 mins total from the time I tried to get the code once we arrived to actually getting in the apartment. So overall not a huge deal.

Positive: The condo it self was great. Updated, clean, Amanda if asked a question got back to me asap.

Negative: The pool area was a little run down, pool restroom need me repair. The beach shuttle doesn’t run on Mondays or Tuesdays said they are short staff. Pool wasn’t clean each day either
