Summary: This is a great location, walkable to the quaint downtown Summerhill. If you're looking for a place to stay for a football game, concert and local happenings, this is your place. If you want a more "at home" convenience, this may not be the best. This is a pure rental, not enough small attention to cooking utensils, pans, towels, blowdryer was gone and there were hotel soaps. As I stated, perfect for a couple of nights to sleep, safe location and comfortable. AC worked great!

Summary: We wanted a location near the state farm arena. But didnt want to have to pay extra for parking daily. Jalen's home was perfect. The home, is just like the pictures. He is very responsive and attentive. I will stay here again.
