Summary: Pros- great beach access and views -great set up and open lay out which is great for families and game nights! -loved the holiday fireworks on the beach -the beach in this area was not crowded Cons- very few complaints other than some non emergency repairs that the company said they would address in between tenants. Overall- highly recommend

Summary: *We had a very enjoyable stay at Summer Wynd. This was our first Tim in Topsail and we loved the community of Stump Sound! The house was clean and tastefully decorated, everything worked as it should. We had a view of the ocean and everything we needed for our week there. There were games, smart TVs with Roku access as well as a built in baby gate for the stairs! *We had issues with our keyless entry not working until 4:15 when checkin was at 4. We called Carolina Retreats the property manager multiple times with no answer, eventually the code just worked but no one ever called us back. Not the end of the world but not great customer service. Luckily we had no further need for them the rest of the trip! I would still recommend this property though!
