Summary: Location and view amazing. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean. Layout great for families. However there is a mold issue on the top floor especially in the bedroom. The rugs and furniture are very dirty . The rugs need to be replaced. The path to the beach is extremely steep. The house is older than it appears in the photos. With some tlc this property could be vastly improved. We had an off season rate but would never pay summer prices for this.
