Positive: By vietnamies standards: Its spacious. Has natural light at daytime. Decent soundproofing. Aircon in both rooms. Nice japanese neighbourhood. Equipped well enough. Washing machine with drying function. Heated toilet seat :D Good shower. Clean. Modern. 20 mins away from the crowded old quarter. Which was a plus for us. Atms nearby. Good restaurants. Minimarket. We spent two weeks here. Loved it. Bonus: the host paid for our taxi because we didn't have cash and couldn't pay by card. Thanks for that again.

Negative: Some constructions. But wasn't too loud and in reasonable times. And you have to get used to it if you want to spend time in any bigger vietnamies city anyways. We are bad sleepers and we absolutely hate any noise and was still good enough for us to want to return in the future.

Positive: I quite like this room, it has a balcony, so you can smoke and enjoy the view. Even though it's still very bustling in the evening, it's still very quiet when it's closed. The security guard was very enthusiastic. Even though he used a translater machine , he still enthusiastically guided me.
