Positive: The location is superb right on the front and next to old town. The accommodation is really spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfect and would definitely return.

Positive: I loved where Sully's was situated right in the middle of old town, close to the shops, restaurants and the beach. The accommodation was very roomy and comfortable with lovely decor!. In the morning we decided to have breakfast at Sully's and this was exceptional. Will definitely be going back.

Positive: Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean room with windows on both sides. Fridge with fresh milk, a nice big bath towel - everything we could need. Comfy bed. Would stay here again.
Negative: Would suggest rubber slip mat for the bath and grab rail. Steps quite narrow and steep up to the landing and room. Would be good if there was an included breakfast option in the cafe downstairs. We waited a very long time for our breakfast, which was tasty when it came, although poached eggs were hard boiled by then.
Summary: Great location and Sully was very friendly helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Positive: Everything about it was perfect, the accommodation was very comfortable, just by the sea. Sully the owner also runs a cafe below the room serving some of the best food I have had in Hastings. Highly recommend it to anyone. I will be coming back to stay there again too

Positive: Absolutely lovely room with a huge bed, large bathroom and all the facilities you could possibly need. The windows either side of the room made it lovely and airy, which meant I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. The hosts are really friendly and provided fresh milk for my morning cup of tea. They even allowed me to stick around a little longer after my stay to use the communal lounge area. I can’t fault the room, the hosts or may stay at all. I’ll definitely return.
