Positive: The staff was lovely (Yes Daniel, you too), the restaurant was good. We were travelling privately and this is the "bus stop" for tour operators as well. So it's either crowded or almost empty. They are doing a thorough revamp of the buildings and rooms, which is needed. but overall a very good place in Sukothai.

Negative: The rooms need an upgrade. But they are working on the rooms upgrade. Again, its all very clean and beds are very good. Just that some elemenst of the rooms are a bit out of date and need replacement. (Did I mention they are working on that?)

Summary: A very nice resort with a nice pool in the middle of Thailand

Positive: Close to the historic park, beautiful pool and spa, very helpful staff. Daniel was very helpful and precious. The resort is perfect for a stop between Bangkok and Chiang Mai!

Positive: Very nice property set in beautiful, well maintained grounds - lots of flowers / waterlilies / Lotus. Comfortable, very clean room. Great, friendly service. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. The property offers a shuttle to the historic park and bicycles. We had a car so didn't need either.

Positive: Good breakfast. Lots of parking.

Negative: Hated the bathroom- very dangerous step down from bedroom into bathroom & again into shower. Lighting in bathroom was very dark. Safe in the room did not work, even when we called maintenance & they couldn’t get it to work. When I turned bathroom tap on, brown water came out of it.This hotel is really showing its age unfortunately. The staff at the front desk was very helpful in giving us suggestions for restaurants recommended.
