Negative: For such a large apartment it could use one more bathroom, and the kitchen could use some more utensils for cooking, but overall everything was great.

Positive: It was spacious, location was amazing, very clean and the A/C worked really well. Alessia was fantastic and very communicative for all of our needs!

Negative: There was only one key provided which is tricky and inconvenient when you are traveling as a group, especially because the key controls the electricity in the apartment. This accommodation would be a 10/10 if there was at least 2 keys.

Positive: The accommodation is very spacious and clean. It’s ideally located close to 2 train stations, so the Airport Transfers and Day Trips straight forward. The apartment is in the middle of the market so was very lively during the day, but it nice to sit on the balcony with a glass of local wine and watch the world go by. There is any many, many Caffe, Bar’s, Restaurants nearby, and it is definitely worth searching the Restaurants nearer to the apartment too, such as La Galleria, Santamarina, and Eremiti Osteria di Sicilia. It is also worth noting that the communications with the property host was excellent, very responsive, very helpful, 5 star treatment....

Negative: It’s not a criticism, but it should be noted that accommodation is located up four flights of stairs which was difficult to access with heavy suitcase, and 3rd bedroom was up a steep spiral staircase, and there no washroom up there, and so we decided not to use it. No lift!

Summary: The Apartment and location only further enhanced our experience of life in Palermo, unforgettable

Positive: The apartment is very spacious and has a nice terrace on top floor. Beds are comfortable, kitchen fully equipped.

Negative: The location is at the same time very nice as for the street market just in front of the building and close to city center, but also can be tricky at night - we had some techno party going on in the surrounding buildings at night and it was difficult to sleep calmly. Also the amount of stairs can be tough if you have a lot to bring with you (like sleeping kids 😉). Apart from this minor things - all good!

Positive: The flat is really nice, spacious and sparkling clean. Moreover, everything you need is in a walking distance.

Negative: When arriving later in the evening, the neighborhood seems a bit dodgy. This is on first look. But it is safe and vivid, especially during the day.
