Positive: the appartment is spacious and very cozy and nice. beds and pillows are really comfortable. 4 bedrooms, 10 beds, 3 bathrooms, balcony with nice view, up to 10 min walk to the center ... it was perfect. Giovanni was really nice and making sure we have everything we need since the start of our communication, till our departure.

Negative: just two small issues, both rather subjective, does not have to trouble everyone.... for lightsleepers I recommend to bring the earplugs, otherwise you might be woken up by scooters in the night and garbage colletors in the early morning. during the winter stay I recommend to bring the slippers, the floor is rather cold though the apparment can be easily heated in a short time.

Positive: Everything about this property was exceptional! If I could give it a higher rating than a 10, I would, Giovanni is the best host I’ve ever had an all the years of apartment renting around the world. The location could not be more perfect. 300 m to the train station phenomenal restaurants historic sites grocery stores cathedrals street markets just incredible. The apartment itself is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very spacious very comfortable beds. Nice balcony overlooking a quieter street very convenient to all Giovanni, the host, could not have been more accommodating. Any needs questions concerns he was right there. I truly feel like he and his wife have become friends and at this point. Before we arrived at the apartment, Giovanni answered all my questions regardless of how small they were he also arranged for transportation from the airport and back this was seamless. He also gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Cannot thank them enough.

Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave!

Summary: Bellísimo!!!!! Exceeded all expectations!

Positive: The owner has been extremely helpful and open, finding ways how to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Very easy and nice to talk to. The place itself offered 3 spacious bathrooms all with a toilet, bidet and a large shower space. Independent AC in all rooms, large living room with kitchen, coffee machine and coffe pods included. Large balcony that interconnected two rooms was a great place for evening drinks and talks in the silent neighborhood. Separate laundry room wit it's own balcony facing the courtyard to dry your freshly washed clothes. Close to the city center, marina and railway station. All within walking distance. We have stayed in other accomodations in the area, but this one is for sure the best, while not the most expensive.

Positive: The location is unbeatable, close to the train station and airport bus, city centre, supermarkets... Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, moka, etc. And the view from the balcony is amazing! The host was welcoming and available. Grazie ancora, Giovanni :)

Positive: The host is very friendly and the home was supplied with snacks and other goodies for us to enjoy upon arrival. The home has a lovely balcony and view from two of the bedrooms where we enjoyed coffee every morning. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and comparatively spacious. And the location was great, just on the border of the historic center, most attractions were walkable.

Negative: Honestly, this home exceeded expectations. I don't have anything to complain about. Organizing check-in with the host could have been a bit smoother and simpler, but this was not a big deal and the kindness of the host more than made up for any minor inconveniences in timing and communication.

Summary: Great place, great city. A comfortable, safe & spacious place for your Palermo experience!

Positive: The location of the apartment is very centre, you could easily reach the main attractions by walk. It was very clean and although we were a large group consisting of 10 adults, the apartment was very spacious.
