Positive: The view was great. Unit was nice and clean.
Negative: I was not told that the elevator was not working. No parking underneath the building.This was not a problem since it was off season. I am 69 years old and had my pregnant daughter, son in law and 7 month old grandson with me and arrived at 9:45 pm at night only to find this out that there was no elevator. I have a hard time with stairs.
Summary: Short stay nice but stairs were a problem.

Positive: The home was very nice everything was very clean. Upon entering the air was on which made it very nice The agents on the phone and the front desk was very helpful to fix the issue i had Enjoyed the property alot my family did also 10 Stars will book again
Negative: Upon getting there the elevator was not working.Which made it very difficult to get my things up to the house was on the 3rd floor because of my health issues Was not to happy about that called that night you get a agent which told me to call the front desk for help it was 10 o'clock at night so the front desk was closed . I think the agent should've had a way to contact the property manager to fix the issue I had to wait to morning to call back to get the elevator issue fix

Positive: Watching the sunset from the patio in the evening was lovely. The unit was comfortable and clean.
Negative: Front door hard to open and mosquito nest around front door to the point of at least half a dozen mosquitoes on me as I entered the unit no matter what time of day. Definitely needs to be sprayed! There were no potholders in the kitchen. ice maker was not working. $25 extra per person to use The pool is not a lot of money, but it wasn’t stated before booking.
Summary: Enjoyed driving onto West End Beach for the day.

Positive: Great amenities, very clean. Easy parking. Well furnished. The elevator to the 3rd floor was a pleasant surprise. Easy check-in and check-out. Great view of the Laguna from the balcony.
Negative: The complex is huge, so amenities are quite a walk. Both the pools and the beach. If walking is not your thing, this might be a problem. On the other hand, you can always drive, parking is ample everywhere.
