Positive: The property host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing time. She gave us whatever we asked and made sure we were comfortable while we there. Her son took us out on his boat and gave us a great tour of Punta Mona, We would definitely come back!

Positive: Location, security, spacious.

Negative: Needs repairs and general maintenance. Accumulated debris is an eyesore. Washer and dryer are in a difficult spot with water flowing on the ground. Impossible to do laundry late in the day due to abundance of mosquitoes. We requested a refund for the last day of our stay due to a change of plans due to a medical condition, and it came conditional upon a good review. Not good business and it made for a sad experience in the end. Never got the refund ($14) and we will not return.

Summary: Could be a great place with some attention and regular maintenance and cleaning.
