Positive: It was the first time for me in Rotterdam and besides the city, the stay at the hotelsuites made it even more wonderful ! Really friendly staff, very classy and retro style bar. Room was big with a sitting area and a sleeping area. Very clean carpets and everything was very right. Walking distance to the main areas and the Erasmus bridge. Breakfast served on the table with a smile. Very wholesome experience in all and highly recommended !

Negative: Noice in de room because of heating, not enough water in the shower, bad Pillows. Too young employees with not always the experience.

Positive: Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel room with super comfy beds. All amenities you need available and if you need more amenities, it's easy top order from the hotel room. Breakfast is good. Location is excellent and we love the way they furnished the hotel while keeping the history alive. Also a green key hotel.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Positive: The reception was kind, the room was spacious and included a sitting area and from the window we looked over the Maas. The bed was perfect and everything worked in the bathroom. Also a very nice breakfast. And all interior decorations were tasteful.

Negative: We went out in the evening and when we cane back we rang many times on the doorbell and when we had no answer we rang on the telephone. It only lasted 10 minutes but it felt a bit odd. I also would have liked to lower the temperature in the room for sleeping. I forgot to ask about that so perhaps it is possible.
