Summary: I would not recommend this property due to the poor response from the property manager. We got in on a Saturday and reported WiFi and TV access issues. One of the other four units in our building had the same problem. The property manager did not make contact until Monday. She claimed our problem was due to a storm, but we had the issue Before the storm. She did not send anyone to fix our issue until Tuesday evening. We left on Wednesday. The smoke detectors were also taken down when we arrived, so that was concerning. This was reported early in our stay but again no one sent until the night before we left. This was definitely a safety concern. All that said, the man they did finally send to fix things was super nice and efficient. Unfortunately, he was not sent earlier.

Summary: I hesitate to tell you how much I love this place because I want it to not be booked when I want to come back. This property is the perfect location for a trip to Siesta Key with 71 steps to the sand and a short walk to shopping and dinner. This is the best street in Siesta Key. We’ve stayed a few times in the village, and it doesn’t get any more convenient. The pool is a nice added bonus as well. The small kitchen area is perfect for a quick breakfast, fridge large enough for picnic lunch items, and dinner so close by! It was the right amount of space for a couple and teen and the mattress comfortable. Please don’t book on my weekends, I’ll be back!

Summary: This property had perfect location—proximity to beach and village. It is very small, most appropriate for a couple. There were three of us, and not really enough space and pull out couch was so uncomfortable. Had a bug issue and difficult to communicate with the on site personnel.

Summary: My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and honestly in my opinion can’t be beat. The space was small but it was exactly what we were looking for, we can’t wait to go back.

Summary: My favorite beach is Siesta Key. I decided to spend my birthday weekend there with my husband but wanted to be walking distance to the beach. This place was not only that, but so cute inside. It is also walking distance to the restaurants and shops too.

Summary: Small apartment in a 4 apartment house just steps to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the action of the village and market! There was a salt water plunge pool with some lounge chairs and tables. Also there was a bin that had a few beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Quiet area just minutes to the action! I would definitely stay again!

Summary: Our stay started off great. Amazing location just feet away from the beach and a short walk to the village we could not have asked for a better location. Then on the 4th night of our stay we got in late and encountered cockroach in the toilet. When we looked around the bathroom we saw several more. They were small but there we several visible. We didn’t sleep well at all but had to stay in the room. When we got u a couple hours later we saw a large cockroach just above the toilet paper holder on the side of the sink vanity. We called Vacasa right then and explained the situation and sent the representative pictures to substantiate our issues. He was helpful and told us the local property manager would be contacting us. We packed our belongings as quickly as possible and reserved a hotel room in Sarasota. Our last full day of vacation was a bust. The local agent could not be reached for several hours. When she did call around 11:30 am she told us she saw no evidence of cockroaches she told us that the picture of the large cockroach in the bathroom didn’t look like anywhere in the unit. We told her the location of the other cockroaches and she continued to tell us she could find none at all. She told us the room is rented continuously and they never experienced cockroaches prior to this. She continued to state that she could find none. We felt as if she implied we were lying. She didn’t use the word lie or liar but it felt implied. We felt very insulted.
