Positive: This was a PERFECT place for our family of 5 to stay. Apart from being clean, convenient, peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful, this kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at in decades of family reunion experiences. There was nothing we needed that wasn't available in the organized, beautiful kitchen. The outside patio was also so relaxing and shaded.

Negative: We tried the directions on the kitchen sign, "Alexa, do the dishes", and Alexa failed to follow through. Lol. just kidding.

Summary: Beautiful setting, well-equipped kitchen, welcoming vibe; all was great!

Negative: Duplex, not a house, smaller than the pictures seemed. Ants, ants, ants. Host made some effort, but did not solve the issue. Had an outside sitting area, but expected a back yard.

Summary: Nice stay, except for the ants. The bookings listing called it a house, it was instead a duplex

Positive: Very clean, nicely decorated and cozy place to stay! Well equipped kitchen with ample supply of spices, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, keriug machine, toaster panini press, blender! Bathrooms were great, especially the rain shower in basement . Nice added touches like coffee pods, sugar/creamer, instant oatmeal and tea and great toiletries for bathrooms. We had no problems during our stay. The host messaged us during our stay to check in to see everything was good.

Positive: The location was great. My daughter and I enjoyed having a little extra privacy of a basement room and bathroom. All the towels were ready and available for use. Hosts checked up on us and responded quickly when we had questions.

Negative: Water pressure would become iffy when dishwasher was in use. We had a great experience with the property. Want to do it again next year.

Positive: very well stocked. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and gadgets to cook with. Was able to cook a full meal for a family gathering. Plenty of daily cleaning supplies. Linens were vey good quality.
