Summary: First room I checked into I could not stand the smell, had to switch rooms. The room I was switched to was fine.

Summary: The overall cost was 5 stars, superb! During a summer heatwave, I was concerned about the air conditioning. But, it worked fabulous! in fact, there were times I had to adjust the temp bc I was getting too cold. There was recent flooding in the area so the hotel was accommodating to locals. I commend their efforts in providing help to those affected. Despite the busy rush, staff was extremely friendly & helpful. I wish I remembered her name but the light-colored hair girl at the front desk Friday @ check-in was very polite & professional. I appreciated her extra effort in accommodating my family & I (as well as other guests needs, at the same time) Much appreciated! My family & I cooked for each other taking turns. We had to share plates/cutlery bc our room wasn’t provided much. But we also didn’t ask for any bc I did bring some along. Being able to cook on site was a nice change from our recent hotel stays. We’ve been frequenting the area once a month lately… (2 rooms for 2 nights; Fri & Sat) we definitely plan on returning. The kitchenette was a plus for us… overall cost & location too. Thank you!

Summary: the hallways had an odor from garbage being put outside in the hallway even though signs were posted now to... all in all, it was a decent place that was very convenient. Nice hot water for showers.

Summary: I was disappointed in the room. There was no tissues, no amenities other than 1 bar of soap, the TV channel guide wasn't accurate and there was a constant dripping sound from the bathroom.

Summary: Our stay was amazing, except for the kids Friday night and Saturday night that were running up and down the hallways. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The kids being loud was not on the employees. The front desk did what they could to get the situation under control. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: Our door lock failed and the staff were unable to unlock it until the next morning. Luckily they had one free room left and let us sleep there for the night but we had no access to our personal belongings. Would not recommend staying here.

Summary: It was okay. Pretty clean but could use a refreshing. No ice machine and the one in the fridge was broken. Good place to rest for the night and the price wasn't bad.
