Positive: Nice facility, Clean rooms, and wonderful restaurants.
Negative: Our family loves this place. Unfortunately, this go round the power went out the day before our check in and we were not notified of this issue until we arrived. At that point we had no time to seek other accommodation so we were stuck. The power came back on eventually but the pool, which is the main reason we booked the place, was not back online even the next day. Also the hotel did not offer any sort of discounted rate for the lack of notification of the issue, the inconvenience of no power, and the inability to access the pool.

Positive: It blew us away. Santa clause and the grinch were there- the food was phenomenal and the light show and Santa shop to the glass shop. We didn’t have enough time for it all and will be going back for sure!

Positive: Christmas decorations are not as nice and overfly as they use to be. Seems they are not using the hallway lights and nice full trees. They are very bare and ugly.
Negative: Less Christmas decorations. Room315 and 313 needs updated. Worse section of hotel. Seems like people are there some don’t like working there
