Positive: The host was allways available with additional info/answers like: "where can I park in Kotor?" Good parking spot, right under our terrace. Awesome view of the bay from the terrace. Modern, new apartment, very classy. 5 min to the nearest beach. 7min to the shop.

Negative: No negative comments. All was good.

Summary: Modern studio with a huge view to the Kotor bay.

Positive: Excellent location, 5mins walk from the centre of Risan and from the beach. Bus stop is also close by so you can easily reach other towns such as Kotor without driving as parking is difficult in the Kotor Bay area. Good view to Kotor Bay. Very quiet and you don't hear noises from neighbours or the centre. The apartment is almost brand new I think, very clean. Host is easily reachable whenever we needed help.

Negative: Not a negative, just a suggestion for the host so that he can save money! Could add a fan in the bedroom for the summer as we had to use the aircon in the living room for cooling in the bedroom.

Summary: Brilliant! Really enjoyed it!

Positive: Very comfortable, clean and new. Amasing view from the balcony to the Risan bay and the sea. Everything that you need to feel as in your own home. Great host so I give all recomendation for short and long stay.

Negative: Location is as in the map however it is a little bit in the hill.

Summary: Cosy and romantic with outstanding sea view
