Positive: Nice view on top floor, I saw the rating on booking.com was good. But had a fright when we arrived: water heater in cook bath room was leaking badly, although host was quite nice even brought wordier try to repair, it was too late and they can’t do anything since lack of material. There were huge cockroaches runner around, sofa was vey dirty, aircon was supper dirty too, smelly air blowing out. aircon remote controls were not working properly, super noisy surroundings. One good thing is near a combined building with some food choices. Host is friendly and responsible indeed. One aircon remote control is missing, can’t adjust the aircon at all, one remote is not working. One room without aircon( a “room” boxed up in the hall.) only the remote control in master room is working but hard to press.

Negative: Noisy( poor sound proof quality of the glasses), dirty, facility such as aircon and water heater not working. Kitchen water tap was not working properly.

Positive: Everything was perfect and we Will definitely come and stay here again. Nice room, great location and well equipped. The room is neat, clean and very cozy for family and friend. And the view was amazing check in was so easy I don’t even remember how I checkt in
