Positive: Room for family, pool, management response, had to buy/bring very little

Negative: House is showing age (tub faucets not shutting off, patio door won't stay closed unless locked) AC needed babysitting.

Positive: PROS: The house is located close to culdesac with beautiful view of lake in the back, lots of space for my family. CONS: there were a couple minor broken items such as lights and door locks but the host sent PM crew to fix promptly. Furthermore, we paid for staying 2 weeks not at a cheap price but were provided starter kits for soaps, dish washing detergent and toiletries. Of course these were not expensive and I could buy them at target near by but that was disappointing. I had expected better customer service similarly to how my family and i had always got when travelling and staying at similar properties

Summary: Overall i still recommended the stay if you have a big family like mine and stay in Florida more than 10 days. The

Positive: Driven past sunset lakes dozens of times but never stayed.. Until now, a great villa with plenty of room, backing onto the lake (with a resident Gator) was excellent and the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The layout was perfect for us. Everything you need to cook if you wished to do so.. Although a little tired in places it was perfectly clean & tidy. With Value for money this will give you a perfect launch pad for your holiday. Owner and maintenance guy are very contactable..

Negative: If there is a niggle it would be getting to the villa as there is only one way in and you have to drive right around the estate to get to it. Getting out is easy as you drive up to the other gates and they open automatically.
